That’s right. This Sunday we’re going to be talking about two of the things your momma told you never to talk about: religion and politics. To make matters worse, we’ll be trying to figure out how God, and our faith, carries over into the political realm. I won’t lie. We’re more concerned about this message than almost any that we’ve done before. It’s even scarier than talking about money, but, we all deal with it, so why pretend like God doesn’t care? James said it best when he said that “Politics is like the Elephant in the church that we refuse to address.” Whatever happens, it should be a lot of fun.

Why’d we decided to do a series like this? What kind of stuff are we going to say? Couldn’t we just say “vote republican” and be done with it? Well, you’ll just have to wait and see. I’ll put up the details of the message Sunday night.
